Broemmelsiek Park Walking Track
A paved path curves over a green rise beneath an expansive cloud-filled sky, making an everyday walk feel like an invitation.
Bill and Linda Tiepelman ·

A path with somewhere to go
The track enters at the lower right and bends toward the center distance. Grass fills the left side, and evergreens punctuate the right. Above them, the large sky makes the land feel open. The path’s pale surface stands out clearly against the green, so the eye follows it almost before noticing the rest of the scene.
The image works through a simple promise: the route continues beyond what is visible. No lake appears in this particular composition, even though the archive caption discusses walking near water. The feature therefore focuses on the visible track, rise, trees, and sky rather than placing the viewer on an unverified named loop. The portrait frame adds height to the clouds and gives the short stretch of path a surprising sense of scale.
A place to explore
The county lists over nine miles of multi-use trails. Visit the official county park page for current visitor information, maps, and conditions.
Picture it on your wall
A portrait print keeps both the near curve and the generous sky. It is a good choice for a space where the feeling of an open route matters more than a single landmark. Explore prints and available merchandise for Broemmelsiek Park Walking Track.
