Busch Wildlife Hiking Trail
Busch Wildlife Hiking Trail follows a pale gravel route toward the horizon, with green verges and a tall expanse of cloud-studded blue.
Bill and Linda Tiepelman ·

The road opens into blue
The road widens across the foreground, then narrows to a small point near the center. Trees stand back on either side, leaving the route open and the sky unusually prominent. The clouds grow smaller toward the horizon, reinforcing the distance.
Its portrait orientation is the surprise. Instead of spreading the countryside sideways, the photograph stacks gravel, greenery, and sky into a long invitation to look farther. Notice how the nearest clouds spill out of the frame while the distant ones gather above the road's vanishing point.
