Klondike Park Autumn Lake

Klondike Park Autumn Lake follows a pale bank around reflective water, with warm trees and a small bridge tucked into the distance.

Bill and Linda Tiepelman ·

Pale curving bank, autumn trees, and a small distant bridge reflected in Klondike Park lake.

A bend in the bright shoreline

The shoreline enters from the right as a bright curve, leading toward the center of the lake. Across the water, autumn trees catch warm light near the left edge. A low bridge crosses the distant opening, a small piece of structure within a scene dominated by natural shapes.

The bridge is easy to overlook because the reflection is so persuasive. Follow the pale bank inward and it comes into view, adding scale and a quiet sense of connection. Above it, blue sky leaves the treeline plenty of space; below, the water repeats the warm foliage and light ground with only subtle interruptions.

The place behind the image

Klondike’s pale shores are part of its quarry heritage. See the county’s park information for background, and the current visitor page when planning an outing.

Picture it on your wall

A wide print keeps the curve of the bank and the distant bridge in the same conversation. Check that smaller print sizes still show the bridge clearly. Explore prints and available merchandise for Klondike Park Autumn Lake.
