Author Illustration and Book Visuals develops character, scene, cover, or promotional art around a manuscript’s needs and tone. The quoted scope includes a creative brief and visual direction, one finished illustration per quoted unit, high-resolution and web-ready files, and project-specific usage terms; share an excerpt or scene brief, continuity notes, authorized references, trim size, placement, deadline, and intended distribution.
Standard delivery is 5–10 business days after the brief and source material are complete, with two focused revision rounds; complex or multi-image work receives a custom schedule and quote. Personal-use licensing is the default, while commercial, confidential, exclusive, publication, or resale rights are quoted for the project. Book layout or printing, trademark clearance, and blanket exclusive rights are not included unless agreed in writing. You must have permission to provide all source material.
